Designing a Bold Identity for Future Leaders
ICE (InVitro Center of Excellence) is a strategic initiative aimed at attracting top graduate talent and preparing them for excellence within the organization. My role was to design a bold, future-ready identity aligned with the parent brand — while standing out to a young, ambitious audience.
Logo Design Rationale
Font
The logo uses the same font as the main InVitro Capital logo, ensuring that it stays true to our brand’s visual language. This continuity reinforces trust and recognition across all touchpoints.
Color Palette
We have preserved the core blue tones from the InVitro Capital logo, symbolizing trust, professionalism, and reliability. The addition of orange infuses energy and enthusiasm, reflecting the vibrant, dynamic nature of the program. This thoughtful blend of colors is designed to resonate with our target audience—fresh graduates and young professionals eager to jump start their careers.
Geometric Shapes
The logo’s geometric shapes, including the half-circle, symbolize progress, innovation, and the continuous journey toward excellence. The dot element is a nod to the original InVitro Capital logo, modernized to signify new beginnings within a well-established framework.

This identity was designed to be adaptable across departments as the ICE program evolves. Its alignment with InVitro’s core brand ensures trust, while the visual twist appeals to the next generation of leaders.
